1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 899bad ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the 899bad website located at https://899bad.app, including all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and support channels.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the 899bad website, mobile-optimised site, games, betting markets, and all associated services accessible at https://899bad.app.
• "Account" means a registered 899bad player account held in one individual's name.
• "Balance" means the total BDT amount held in a player's 899bad account at any given time, including real-money funds and eligible bonus funds where applicable.

2.1 Underage Gambling Prevention

Any account found to belong to an underage player will be closed without notice, all bets placed will be declared void, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.

3. Account Registration

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.

3.1 One Account Policy

The registration of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identities, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 899bad actively monitors for duplicate account activity. 3.2 Accuracy of Information

If your contact details, residential address, or payment information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. 899bad accepts no liability for failed communications, payment errors, or delayed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 899bad username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 899bad will never ask you for your password by email, phone call, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 899bad platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 899bad does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. If a payment is initiated from a foreign-currency account, the issuing financial institution may apply conversion fees — 899bad bears no responsibility for such fees.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

899bad currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels:

Payment methods available may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and the current operational status of each payment partner. 899bad reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 899bad is ৳500 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, though 899bad reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits for security or responsible gaming purposes. Players may also set their own deposit limits via Account Settings at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. 899bad processes withdrawal requests within standard timeframes based on the payment channel selected. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Withdrawals will only be released after any applicable identity verification requirements have been satisfied. 899bad reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. 5. Bonus & Promotions

899bad periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bet tokens, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the duration of that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a deposit match bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place total bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bets placed using real-money balance count separately from bets placed using bonus balance.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 899bad reserves the right to determine eligibility at its absolute discretion. The following actions will render a player ineligible for bonuses and may result in the forfeiture of any bonus already credited:

• Operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false registration information.
• Using a payment method not registered in the player's own name.
• Placing bets with the primary intent of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gameplay engagement, including bet pairing or arbitrage strategies.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once.

5.3 Promotion Validity Periods

All bonuses and promotional offers carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that expire will be removed from the account automatically. 899bad is not obligated to provide extensions or replacements for expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

899bad runs seasonal promotions aligned to key events on the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL season, IPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions will be announced via on-site banners and player communications. The same eligibility rules apply to all seasonal promotions.

6. User Obligations

By using the 899bad platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to act in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 899bad:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at any stage.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Attempting to access, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the 899bad platform's software, source code, or backend systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or claim bonuses on your behalf.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies with other players or third parties.
• Using proceeds of unlawful activity to fund an 899bad account (money laundering).
• Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse any completed deposit transaction without first raising the matter with 899bad support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 899bad support staff or other players through any communication channel.

899bad reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching the above obligations. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and pending withdrawals withheld. If a breach is confirmed, 899bad may close the account permanently, void all bets placed in breach of these obligations, and recover any funds obtained improperly.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the permanent closure of your 899bad account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with a written closure request. Before processing the closure, 899bad will confirm your identity, settle any pending bets, and process any eligible real-money balance withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 899bad

899bad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Discovery that the account was opened or used by a person under 18 years of age.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access the 899bad platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days, provided that no outstanding investigation or legal hold applies to the funds. 899bad reserves the right to retain transaction records for a minimum of 5 years following account closure in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.

8. Responsible Gaming
